Almost a month
Things are going well. I think I'm going to go from a twice weekly weigh in to a weekly weigh in. My last weigh in was up about .6 of a pound but I'm guessing that is due to some water weight and my body settling. It will be interesting to see how over time my menstrual cycle affects my weight. I think I'm typically lighter and then some of that water comes back in. I also had some saltier meals over the weekend which i think adds to the retention of the water weight. So a gain of .6 pounds but I'm still down overall about 6.5 pounds. I'll take it. I know that this is a journey and it didn't all come on overnight and I'm not going to get rid of the weight overnight either. I have done 2 runs in the last few days as well. One on Wednesday night and the other this morning. They both felt pretty good.
