Starting a Routine

Today marks 6 days in a row that I have exercised. I feel pretty good about the fact that I have gotten in at least 20 minutes (if not 30 or 40) additional minutes of exercise each day for the last 6 days. I'm hoping to keep it up for the significant future as well. I'd still like to try to walk at work for 20 minutes a day but my goal is to workout like i have as well as to hit my 10k steps. I wasn't working out at the gym as walking, pumping, and working was enough but it went ok. Fast forward to August where I started a new job and things kind of went backwards. At the job I had I was walking 1-2 miles a day with my coworker, pumping multiple times, breastfeeding and eating relatively well. New job - within 2 months I had stopped pumping, mostly stopped nursing, no more daily wa...
